Alaska Tent & Tarp Set-up Canopies
Alaska Tent & Tarp Set-up Canopies feature fully framed roofs. This eliminates the need for poles inside the perimeter, and allows for more useable space beneath the canopy. Side curtains are available in 8’ high 20’ long sections. For installations where stakes cannot be driven into the ground, concrete blocks can be used.
Alaska Tent & Tarp will deliver and set up our clear span canopies anywhere in the Fairbanks area from Laurence Road to Two Rivers Lodge to the Fox Weigh Station to the Vallata Restaurant to Chena Ridge to the Tanana River and back to Laurence Road, with the delivery and installation covered by the canopy rental. Additional fees will apply outside this area based at $75 per man-hour. Installations typically require 2-4 people.

Customer Set-up Canopies
We also rent less complex canopies that customers can pick up and set-up themselves. They are erected with easy-to-use, segmented poles that stand vertically, with no cross members. The tents have center poles supporting the canopy peak, rather than a frame. Side curtains are also available in the same 8’ high 20’ long sections, and concrete blocks can be rented for setup on hard surfaces.

Seating Guidelines
The following chart gives some general guidelines to estimate the square footage required for different seating arrangements. These guidelines are just rough estimates intended to assist in choosing a size and quantity of canopies, regardless of style.

All canopy reservations must be accompanied by a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Reservation are taken on a first come, first serve basis and limited to available stock.
